I've been using HGH off and on for 3 years now, mostly at 2 IU/day 7 days a week. I would like to use more, but I get random lethargy and sleepiness during the day at 3 IU. It doesn't happen every day, but it's a dealbreaker when I need focus and energy for 50+ hour work weeks as a software engineer.
Even at 2 IU daily, I'll randomly get tired some afternoons when I need to be productive. I've tried injecting in the morning, preworkout, postworkout, at bedtime, etc. I seem to get the least lethargy injecting around 6 pm and going to bed around 9 or 10. Even then I might start feeling like I need a nap at 2 or 3 the next afternoon.
Has anyone tried a weekends only protocol? Something like 7 IU on Friday and Saturday evenings, or maybe 5 IU on Friday and Saturday with 2 IU on Monday and Wednesday. I could gradually increase the weekend doses if things are going well.
I know this isn't optimal, but will I still get decent results? I've been trying this for the last few weeks. I don't mind the side effects with this schedule. I might feel like taking a nap on Saturday, but it doesn't matter when I'm off work. I'm usually just being lazy all day on Sunday anyway.
