Today's workout went well, used a cambered squat bar worked our way up to 1rm then 65% for 5x5.
I hated every second using that bar, never used a cambered squat bar before and it just felt like it wanted to slide right off my back. It forces you stay more upright and engages muscles in a slightly different way if you are not used to it.
We finished our routine with good mornings and I was glad to get in my truck.
