Today's workout went well, used a cambered squat bar worked our way up to 1rm then 65% for 5x5.

I hated every second using that bar, never used a cambered squat bar before and it just felt like it wanted to slide right off my back. It forces you stay more upright and engages muscles in a slightly different way if you are not used to it.

We finished our routine with good mornings and I was glad to get in my truck.

Finally got a good nights sleep last night, in bed at 10pm wokeup at 730am, what a difference that makes.

Smoked my shoulders a few days ago, probably my favorite muscle group to work. Maybe it's just me but there is something about lifting weight straight overhead that is extremely satisfying.

Yesterday I did some deadlifting, forearm felt ok but still not pushing the limits, using bpc every other day right now and using TENS unit for about 6 minutes slowly working up to 10 minutes eventually.

Still have not finished my "old" bottle of mk677 but getting close, will start somatozine probably by the end of the week. Although being extremely low carb my muscles feel relatively full and noticing an increase in size. Keto works well for me but I am really looking forward to changing it up this summer.

Amazon screwed up one of my orders so I might hit up a local health store today just so I do not run out of a few supplements, frigging place is so damn expensive, this world is fucked up, the healthiest foods/supplements are the most expensive but you can go buy a 10lb box of shitty sugary cereal for 4 bucks.

Today I have arms/calves to train, headed to the gym in about 45 minutes.

It's been a tough week.

This is the time of year my father passed away, then Tuesday night I received a phone call and one of my really good friends died from complications following a massive stroke, only 55 yrs old.

I still made all my workouts, strayed from the diet a little but not much.

Yesterday had a killer leg workout, did box squats just below parallel with bands, worked up to 1rm then 5x5, looks simple on paper but absolutely crushed my legs.

Shoulders today in a few hours, looking forward to that.
