You mentioned pork tenderloin in anothr thread. It prompted me dto buy 2 big loins, 4lbs worth -thanks for the remnder...
I brought some along with me today for lunch. For some reason I don't usually think of pork, but it tastes great and is a nice change for me
i like to grill my salmon. this recipe is actually badass, try it if you're not sodium conscious.
Buy a 2lb. slab, mix onion powder, garlic powder, fresh pepper and montreal steak seasoning into a small dish w/ olive oil, paint it onto the flesh side of the fish and let it sit for a few hours. Get the grill to about 350. Skin side down for 13 minutes, flip and cook for 5 more....DONE, and it tastes awesome.
