There are many methods of taking it some take it first thing in the morning in low dose then again bigger dose in the day , some take it preworkout ,other post , I think there is no difference cuz it is active long time that's the igf-1lr3 , but even all the people here that are posting they take it post workout , I still take it 30 minutes preworkout 100 mcg and then take 50 grams fast carbs and then Aminos and l-citrulline and l-arginine added to any caffeine preworkout I swear I train better and stronger is this just 30 minutes of igf-lr3 really pushed this harder may be , I train until little hypo I leave and start my post refeeed first thing a shake whey isolate with complete cookie Lenny's and Lary's , then 1 hour later chicken and sweet potato mashed , then 2 hours again same chicken and sweet potato and Greek yougurt, I sleep I wake up next day full ....
