BTW, typical guidelines that hormone doctors follow are:Free Testosterone greater than or equal to 2% of total T. So all that bloodwork I showed and discussed above lines up to me converting at 2.4-2.9% as I stated.

But someone converting at 33-50% is fucking crazy to me, but that's basically JM and MPA.

I’ve read that theory as well but that makes absolutely no sense to me..

You would be out of range on one test or another to achieve a 2% of Total, for example if you had a Total Test level of 1100 you would need a Free Test of 22 or in your case with a Total Level of 568 you’d need a Free of 11... If you want to be in between 35 and 150 for Free Test you’d need a Total of 1700+...

I’m natural right now working on getting a script and my last test came back at Total 312 and Free 67 which puts me at around 22% of Total Test and I feel like absolute horse shit...

True - I can confirm that free test being 25% of total doesn't matter (doesn't feel good) when total is low. I'm pretty sure Knight was talking about decent total test numbers though and comparing the free test percentage to those.
