If it is not pharm grade stuff you are using, you could be putting a lot of heavy metals into your body over a long period of time. One of the disadvantages of self prescribed.

Just include heavy metals in your blood panels. Might cost a bit, but considering how much you save on the meds, I consider it worth it.

It's hard to find a good TRT doc and even harder to find a TRT Doc that specializes in other ailments as well. I had a doc out a while who was great at General Practice and TRT. I moved and since then I have two seperate docs both covered under insurance.

You're exactly right about findi g a good doc. I have a good one but my last visit to renew my test I got a bill for my labs. $500. Apparently my insurance has decided to drop TRT. Gotta see what I can do.

I'm with an awesome anti-aging clinic.. All doctor prescribed and all real human grade. I'm early 40's at 250lb 6ft 2in and about 15%BF

I'm on either 250 Test Cyp per week for 10 weeks, or you go on Test cream 200mg/ml 2 pumps twice daily.... I had really good results on the cream! Cream can be used for 4 months straight before a 30 day PCT is required

2 iu daily HGH (1am and 1 bedtime)

20mcg daily IGF-1 lr3 (10 am 10 pm)

.20ml daily Vitamin B6/12 shot

.50mg Arimidex EOD

They have some other stuff you can take, including diet pills (Phentermine) for 45 days if you want to cut weight

Labs are mandatory and done every 90-120 daysish.

The program is awesome.. Expensive as fuck though

I'm on Dr. prescribed, but will be handling myself from now on. Sometimes it's such a pain with my insurance, not the cost, just the whole process. I have a HMO/ with a POS attached. They can't seem to get billing figured out. At any rate i do bloodwork, and know amount that i need to take for good levels. My old dr always tested total estrogen, always around 100. My E2 may have been normal though. He told me to take DIM, didn't do squat. I realize now total estrogen test is measuring progesterone as well.

Prescribed 200 a week. Split injections sun morn, wed night. First blood test with new doc and pharmacy and pulled 1250 TT 39 FT 41 E. This was even pulled the morning of the 4th day post injection so mon morning. Doc will get with me sometime next week. Wonder what the correlation will be on how much to drop dose. No way he will leave me at that. Maybe 180? No sides at all and feel great
