What's an ideal age to look into getting into TRT? 35? 40?

Wonder how slow and hard of a recovery an average 30 year old would have after being ON for 8 months?

Any ProMuscle members in the Kansas City, Mo area working with an open minded endo or clinic?

Do most of you guys get rx'd and blood work done locally or use national clinics that allow less than rigorous screening of new patients and write scripts all over the country?

Depends if you need insurance to pay for it or not. Most docs won't do it unless you are clinically low. HRT clinics will work to get you in the high normal range. Insurance will cover some blood work but most likely not meds. If you see yourself cycling for many years to come I honestly believe trt is the best route. I just started with a good one.

Don't think so, you can still have kids, im sure if you took a ton of clomid and hcg while on test, you could raise your sperm count, am i wrong?

Got the wife prego after about 5 years on TRT with some blasts thrown in. Was taking HCG at the time.

I had all the typical symptoms that you see now on commercials. I went to a doctor and was told I was depressed. I knew it wasn't that so I had the test done myself, found another doctor, and the rest is history. The doctor I have now is awesome. Listens to everything.

I'm not sure there is an ideal age. It can happen at any time. I was 28 when I went on. I've had 2 kids since being put on it too so I'd say it worked out ok for me.

dr prescribed androgel 10 daily plus I add 50 mast twice weekly

Doctor prescribed for 10 years, 100 - 200 per week.

Doc precribed AndroGel 1.62% for 6 months. Switched to 200mg every 2 weeks IM. Then moved to 125 every week, IM. The upped that to 100, E4D, IM. Also got AI's and Hcg - BIG improvement! This took 4 years. Doc is not agressive, but he's learning.

Both. I'll get a script for part of the year just to cover me. No way I can afford the cost of that though - my insurance won't cover it

I have been trying to get my GP to prescribe for the last few years. She wont do it.

I am north of 40 years of age and definitely need it.
