Third day on this mixture I ordered from them. Maybe it is a placebo effect, but I am stronger, more energy, feel TONS better. I really think it is the amino mixture though. I will keep you updated.

SUPERIOR1's article recommends atleast 9-10 grams per 100 lbs of bodyweight. dosage split up before and after workout. higher dosages maybe even cause a greater affect. Seems like glutamine is important to take in conjuction.
