Does anyone here utilize this? If so how much?
Last time I used it, I definitely noticed it helped my digestion but eventually it seems like it became too much, because I ended up giving myself serious GERD (likely from too much stomach acid) and ended up with hiccups that lasted for days!
Just trying to optimize things a bit as far as digestion again, and wanting to add it in but avoid issues. Likely going to add l glutamine in as well.
