Biceps never sore?

As others have said...who cares if you're not sore?? If I'm sore for days after a workout, then I usually evaluate what I need to change. I want to stimulate that muscle, recover and hit it again asap. Soreness is not a good indication of adaptation. Are you progressing in weight, strength etc?
 
Shoulders and biceps never seem to get sore either. I'm sure it doesn't mean they won't grow.

At first I thought BS! If you're sore you worked hard, broke down muscle tissue and that meant growth. So, I just did a little research on the subject and I based off what I know now I have to agree you. I never really thought about it that much to tell you the truth. But for some reason, I had it in my head that if I was sore a day or two after working out that was a sign of future growth. But evidently that is not very accurate.

grab the cable tricep rope and do cable hammers with them. high reps, moderate weight. never fails..
 
My arms began to grow finally after I stretched the facia with synthol...
