I used it and enjoyed it. We are talking 5 years ago though and the board he frequented is now defunct as well.

first 'endocrine supply' which then switched to legal dermals under the compaby name 'primordeal performance' this was a lotion.
Also 1fast400 aka bulk nutrition sold a dermal solution as well. this one was more water and based on alcohol. Both formulas seemed to have a citrusie type smell.
I seem to remember CEL and iron legion(??) also having a generic dermal product
