This is true. Ipemedium (horny goat weed) helps some too and helps inhibit somatostatin.

I also think it's good to check the source or agonist for a basic solution.
Poor diet can be a big factor too much sodium from processed foods. Stimulants even like coffee caffeine, sugar and even avoid fast carbs because they convert to sugar to fast.

Also I never tried it but have heard apple cider vinegar and garlic and many other natural remedies might be worth a try.

10mg is a low dose. It has a long half life. I notice the erections for Atleast 48 hours.
