Can you share your doctor’s HMG dosing?

I'm curious, did you conceive naturally with that count? I wonder in your case if it was coming off such a heavy drug burden of different types of drugs? I stopped competing about a decade (we had our first kid when I was 29 and second kid at 40) and was only on a very low dose of test so wonder if that made it easier for me.

I could not get my sperm count over 20m with hcg alone. I added the HMG and was 150M+ in 90 days. It was wild.

Did you get fertility tests throughout this?

I did 2000hcg eod and 75 fsh eod in between the hcg days and it got my sperm count to 12mil/ml up from 0 in 5 months in which we successfully conceived

I did not. I planned on getting one of it ever took over 6 months but it never did.

Ya it really depends on the individual and their sperm count to determine how much hmg is too much or not. You didn’t get any fertility testing , you might’ve gotten lucky and conceived with 8mil/ml sperm when the bottom end of the range for normal is 20mil/ml. I would say i got lucky in conceiving on 12mil/ml and i was using fsh at 75 eod which is even higher than 3x a week. That’s all my point is. We don’t really know how much we need without testing. Vig Steve is doing 75 fsh everyday.. he’s also got 125mil/ml sperm i would have said that was very overkill for him and his situation because he wasn’t even low to begin with

This is what I asked if a sperm count test has been done already?

If it shows low sperm parameters, fair enough, you have SERMs, HCG and HMG to play with, if not, then you dont need anything.

I have an almost 2 year old daughter conceived on TRT for over a decade and running HCG sporadically 1-2x per 12-18 months, as well as some light PED stacks. I got my sperm count tested and it was in range. Then I got my lady pregnant by leaving the big man in when I was drunk on Christmas Day ONCE. ONE TIME and I now have a daughter
