Can you share your doctor’s HMG dosing?

I know some people here have worked with a professional for fertility. I am interested in knowing the dosing of hcg and hmg combo used by andrologist/ urologist. Can you please share what your doctor put you on.

I believe the standard dosing is

HCG 500 iu M,W,F
HMG 75 iu M,W,F

Am I correct?

75mg 3x a week is WAY more than you need. I posted in that thread and can't remember my exact protocol. The first time I got my wife pregnant, I did 75mg 3x per week plus hcg and trt. The second time I got my wife pregnant it was maybe half that dosage. The third time I got my wife pregnant I believe I was taking maybe 37.5mg twice a week with no hcg, still on trt. Each time took exactly 3 months.

The protocol is extremely simple and that thread over complicated the fuck out of it. A bit of HMG and testosterone is all you need. Someone can take 75mg 3x a week if they'd like, it's just expensive and I don't want people thinking it's required if they can't afford it.

I wish I would have gotten my count tested more often but my count exploded with the 75 iu of hmg 3x a week. I did actually reduce that to 2x a week and I think that would have been enough. It was shocking how my count went up on 3x a week and I just have no way to know if 2x would have done the same.

If I had it to do all over again I would have done 1,000 hcg 3x a week and kept that dose the same and then I would have added the HMG at 75iu 3x a week for a month and dropped to 2x a week.

I also took enclomiphene, which a rationale case could be made that is useless on hcg and hmg because you are essentially supplementing fsh and lh so the enclomiphene won't do much.

Did you guys have any estrogen sides w/ the HCG/HMG and if so how did you mitigate?

All extremely individual as what worked for u doesn’t mean it’ll work for other people. Some guys have used 75mg once a week, I know other that used it 5x.

Hello Mike. How much is this costing you at the pharmacy? Would you mind sharing your doctors name via pm. I am looking for a "fertility" doc too.

For the general crowd. Do you know the legalities of importing HCG and HMG if you have a legit Rx from doctor, but can not addord to pay the high prices at the US pharmacy.

Our family is in really good financial shape but it was going to cost me like $2-$4k a month out of pocket…I was not going to do that when there are great, high quality options here.

This was a couple of years ago. The doctor I saw was Miguel Damien. He is a fertility specialist in New Jersey. My insurance covered the first month of meds and then I was paying around $120 for 10,000iu bottles of Pregnyl. For my other son I just bought hcg and hmg from reliablerxpharmacy.

Understood, I also had a valid RX and I'm not 100% sure of the dynamic there but I'd assume it's not totally on the up and up.

Did you get fertility tests throughout this?

I did 2000hcg eod and 75 fsh eod in between the hcg days and it got my sperm count to 12mil/ml up from 0 in 5 months in which we successfully conceived

I'm curious, did you conceive naturally with that count? I wonder in your case if it was coming off such a heavy drug burden of different types of drugs? I stopped competing about a decade (we had our first kid when I was 29 and second kid at 40) and was only on a very low dose of test so wonder if that made it easier for me.

I could not get my sperm count over 20m with hcg alone. I added the HMG and was 150M+ in 90 days. It was wild.
