Expierence with accutane!!

Trying to figure out w/ the meter dropper how much I'd take for 20mg a night.

With some googling came across Eurobolic.com and punching in numbers gave me 0.25mg /ml. So on the dropper it has measurements of 0.5ml & 1.0ml. Guess Id just have to round off what I feel is half way to 0.5ml on the dropper...

U guys recommend I get a more accurate device?

Also, do I take it orally or inject it?

Heard it can be damaging on the liver, was thinking about also buying Liv52...

Any advice/input is greatly appreciated!

Just use a slin pin.

I used to drain a fish oil capsule (puncture and squeeze contents out onto a spoon..and drink it of course) and then inject 20mg accutane which was 1ml from RS with a slin pin. I did that because I was always worried about the chemical burning my esophagus.

Take tudca or nac for the liver...and drink room temp lemon water.

This is a old thread with a big bump but I'll jump in.


I did 20mg for a bit and every time it dried my skin out like crazy so then I stopped. Since I'm on clen I'm sweating like crazy and it is causing my forehead, shoulders, and upper chest and back to break out and it is really annoying me. I have 16 days worth of it and I've started on it but I'm thinking of purchase 5mg caps this time and just stay on a very mild dosage of it.

I think 20mg is used for people with really bad acne which I don't think I'm even close to.

Bro 80 to 160mg was for people with really bad acne. 20 is low dose. Where do you come up with this stuff?

Yeah bro, my shit is pretty severe, I got it bad on my back, some chest, lower abs (since I started to shave in that area), face (from time to time if Im not consistent with applying 2.5 bp cream 2x a day), sometimes in my armpits, little on my quads. Just finished bmt and tech school from Air Force, so can finally get on this shit.
AND I never used ANABOLICS in my life, FUCKING SKIN GENETICS! Parents both had acne problems !

But from what I read on the forums on here 20mg-40mg seems to be a low optimal dose, I saw one other post mentioning microdosing, sounding somewhat similar to your situation.

It seems like others had dry skin problems as well. Maybe load up on some good moisturizer, chap stick and perhaps 2 large dosages of oral vit d 2x per week (got this tip from Charles Poliquin for skin health & overall health)

But OBVIOUSLY I haven't even started to use this stuff, hopefully we get some more valuable input on this from experienced/knowledgeable users

Get Cetaphil and chap stick. I stole my girls "soft lips" at the time and it worked like a charm.
Cetaphil for your face...because it dries out as well and needs to be moisturized. Cetaphil is non comedogenic (?) so it doesn't clog pores!

Poliquin said anything more than 145,000 IU per week is toxic. so 145,000 IU is the max dose he recommended. In his experience he said 2 large dosages per week worked better than takn vitd daily or any other route. I did 70,000 IU 2x a week or 80,000 and then 60,000, etc. to mix shit up, so the body don't adapt

No, Accutane won't do shit for the scars. Trust me. Try something like Retin-A / Retinol or Mederma. Retin A is also good for acne. Retin A micro gel is good stuff. The Retin A cream is pretty cheap from overseas / sources.

I actually have used this in the past. I used the remaining contents of a tube I had that was 5+ years old tho so it didn't do much unfortunately

Some spa's will do chemical peels, microderm and laser treatments.

Botox has been used on some scars as well.

This is something I'd definitely go to a specialist for.

Clinic. Once per week for 8 weeks. Using some kind of crystal tip. Makes your skin pretty red for a day or two after each time.

But you need your acne to be really settled when u get it done as it will irritate your skin and cause some acne otherwise.

I take 10mg isotrentin EOD, to keep my skin in check.

Just if you can keep an eye on your liver values... I got it through a doctor and at one point was at 40mg a day, and my values got high. At 20mg a day I was good, but it was taking a while for them to come down so they took me off...once off I haven't had acne in over a year...

My experience...Moderate dose 10-20 mg ED or ED with liver support, either Tudca or NAC. I use NAC, never had any liver issues. I also used Aquafor for my dry lips/skin & Cerave lotion for face and body.
