Most of the time the guys on here are great and very helpful. Sometimes posts arent taken seriously and then guys get flamed, but deep down inside most of the guys here care about each other (as much as you can via the internet) because people care sometimes things get out of hand and the argument gets too personal. I agree with a lot of the guys on here by saying that in those two photos you are not close to 8 & 6%. I'm sitting around 10 and that's closer to your second pic where you say your 6%. Im saying this just to be real. But this thread isn't about how big you are, this was about your mate from the gym and his enquiry on a AAS protocol.

This protocol to me seems crazy but I'm interested in other guys responses
