I love vegetables! Fresh cucumber tomato dill salad. Raw salad of kale, red cabbage, carrots, shaved Brussel sprouts, Savoy cabbage, spinach, any combo of at least 3 from there with yogurt dressing. Fruits too. Where I'm at fruits and veg are abundant and cheap, plus they are vital to nutrition. Just cause you pound chicken and rice all day and grow you could still be malnourished missing vital nutrients. Blows my mind how many people don't eat them, especially here with so many supposedly health conscious people
