What some have said here. Respect this stuff and only use it a few days out of the week, or just like PWO for the mental boost/pain relief to train. I've been taking MASSIVE amounts of kratom for the last 2 years but it started low like everyone else. It's a good tool to use I don't want to hate on it, but it requires respect. I let bad times let me get out of control with it. I have constant gut issues - constipation, gas, bloat, nausea...... in addition to acting on the mu opioid receptor, the large amounts of plant material in the powder are hard to digest and cause all sorts of digestive problems. One your on the train it's hard to jump off as many have found. If you keep it low and infrequent you should not develop a dependency to it.
