I have recently started using some IGF-1 LR3. Currently I am shooting 30-40mcg bi-laterally post workout in the muscle groups worked on that day.
I am aware of the protocol waiting 24hrs and then going in the muscles that was worked the prvious day, but I have decided to begin with this one for now.
My question; when using my IGF-1 this way, what is the best time to shoot my GH. I am doing now before bed, during the night and sometimes before my workout in the morning as I am cutting now for a BB show and sometimes train on a empty stomach in the early morning.
Any info to maybe beter my protocol or advice to make beter use of my GH and IGF-1 would be really appreciated. My main goal is to get as lean as possible in the nxt 3 wks until the time of my show.
