I think for myself is always being called too obsessed or too extreme by family. I used to be a fat guy all through my teens and mid Twenty's until I finally started to diet. They say that I live an unhealthy lifestyle and take it too far. For the record I've only dabbled with a few PH's nothing major, so it isn't like I'm some huge ripped PRo BBer.....not even close. They can drink beer, eat crap and be about 40lbs over weight...yet I get called out for I.

This stuff didn't bother me before, but lately I've been having some health issues and been feeling depressed ....... but of course this extreme lifestyle I live is to blame. I've even heard "I hope you learn your lesson and be more normal "

My apologies for derailing this thread, It's been 4 weeks without any working out and I'm in the dumps emotionally right know.

Answering the OP. Its the counting calories, avoiding meals and turning down another great home cooked dinner. The workout part is good and productive when you have completed it during your day. I still dread having to work my ass off in the gym. Time will change this. But these COUNTING CALORIES will never end.
 
Well according to the poll most think dieting is the hardest.. For me I look forward to that phase because the cost of everything drops dramatically.
I cannot live of some of the food you guys mentioned, I like to eat the
(grass fed, free range, wild caught) stuff and organic produce.... So the portions are much much smaller. It's a grip
