Heavyhitter log (Solberg Lab) Test Blend 400.

What is your impression so far?

I'm a big fan. I like high concentration test because it equals less total oil volume, which can really be a problem with some cycles. Only issue is they usually lead to a pretty good amount of soreness. This stuff leaves me with very little PIP. Even when done in my rear delts. Pretty impressed
 
Today was arm day...here's what went down.
Straight bar tricep extensions: 20,15,12,10
Machine preachers: 10 reps with a 3 second negative and then 10 partials for four sets
Dip machine super set with bent over rope extensions for four sets of 10 and 10 with a 3 second negative on the dips
Rope hammer curls:4x10
Overhead dumbbell extensions: 4x10
Grip4rce barbell curls:4x10
Some forearm work
 
Alright leg day today...here we go
Lying hamstring curls: 4 sets of 8 with a 3 second negative and 8 partials at the end of each set
Banded leg presses: made jumps of 50 or 60 pounds for sets of 8 until I couldn't get 8 anymore. Took around 8 or 9 sets but only the last few were really hard. On the last set I did a triple drop
Reverse banded front squats:5x6
Leg extensions:3 sets of 10 with 20 partials(these hurt!!!)
Seated hamstring curls:4x10
 
Body weight is up a full pound this morning. Off to the gym for chest and shoulders
 
Today's chest and shoulders workout
Hammer strength flat press: worked up in sets of 8 till I couldn't do 8
Reverse Banded incline barbell press:5x6
Dumbbell twist press:3x10
Pec minor dips superset with cable flyes: 4 sets of 15 and 12 respectively
Reveres pec deck flyes:4x20 with 15 partials
Cable flyes:3x12
Hammer shoulders press:3x10
Heavy partial rep dumbbell flye drop sets: 3 sets starting with 85 pound Dumbbells and working down the rack. Around 70 total reps for each aet(these hurt!!!)

So today was supposed to be back day...but my girl just got back from a week long vacation in Boston and I wanted to spend the morning with her. So I skipped today's workout and I'll do it tommorow. Also, body weight was 231.2 this morning which is a full 2 pounds heavier than the day before yesterday.

Alright...body weight was 232.8 this morning. My stomach has been a bit fucked up the last couple days so eating has been difficult. This isn't attributed to the test though, my IBS fucks with me ocassionally
Here's today's back workout
Meadows rows:4x8 with a triple drop on the last set
Two arm cable supinated pull downs:4x10
Banded hammer strength row machine:4x8 as explosively as possible
Tsunami bar pull downs:4x10
Tsunami bar cable rows:4x10
Assists chin machine:3x10
Dumbbell shrugs:1x 20 with a 3 second hold at the top of each rep
 
Arm day today, here it is
Machine preachers:4x10 with a three second negative and 5 partials each set
Superset with
Spud strap push downs:20/15/12/10
Grip4rce barbell curls:4x8 with a controlled negative
JM presses with grip4rce:4x10
Banded preacher curls:4x8
Superset with
Dumbbell hammer curls:4x6
Overhead rope extensions:15/12/10/10
Superset with
Dip machine dips:4x8
Arms feel like jelly. Body weight was the same today
 
Today was legs
Kneeling hamstring curls:4x8 with a 3 second negative/5 partials and a 5 second Iso hold on all sets
Reverse banded front squats: worked up in weight till a hard 6 reps(about 8 sets) then dropped wright a bit and banged out 3 sets with explosive reps of 8
Leg press:worked up in sets of 8 then did a triple drop in the last set
Leg extensions: 2 brutal sets of about 30 with a bunch of partials and an I so hold for as long as I could stand it
Band assisted Glute ham raises:4x8
 
Chest and shoulders today
Dumbbell hex presses: worked up in sets of 8 till I couldn't get 8 anymore
Banded smith machine presses:4x8
Tri set of machine presses/cable flies/stretch push-ups for 8 reps a pice for four rounds
Rear delt cable flies:35/30/25/20
Dumbbell presses:4 sets of 8
Strict dumbbell laterals:4x12
Lateral machine: 2 sets for as many reps and partials as I could possibly stand

It's a solid product. Definitely superior to any of the other high dose test blends I've tried. I get no pain from injections. And my weight is moving up steadily. Was at 233.2 this morning. I can also say this is definitely accurately dosed based on previous experience running similar doses

Cable flies superset with dumbbell spoon press:4x8x8
Rear cable flyes:30/25/20/20
Dumbbell laterals:4x12
Dumbbell press superset with rear facing machine press:4x12x8
Band y raises:3x13
