I have used upwards of 500iu a day. You build up a tolerance fast I guess.

Holy smokes, this guy most be thinking HCG,LOL. I can barely tolerate 10 IUs twice a day. It has to be a typo. Blessings ,Minister.

How long do you guys stay on ? I am terribly sensitive to slin, I get hypo even after carbs, last time I was on 2 weeks and that's all I could handle, I was liking the results but my system just doesn't cooperate. Any of you have same problem? Blessings, Minister.

I do 10iu preworkout, 3x a week for 4 week periods, then about 3-4 weeks off.

I personaly feel this is a dangerous post for rookies to read. Please do not belive the 500iu, you will end up in a coma! That's going to be the only thing I will add about slin.

Coma for a little while before death. I doubt anyone could survive that.

Not even a coma, death. No amount of d50 could correct that dose of 500iu's of slin.
 
BEST DOSE FOR SLIN

I BEEN RUNNING SLIN FOR 12 YEARS NOW ALL THE WAY UP TO 16IU TWICE A DAY, AND FOUND OUT THAT 4-6IU AFTER WORKOUT DID AMAZING RESULTS WITHOUT CAUSEING FAT. IM ALWAYS ON GH AND HIT SLIN AFTER THE GYM WITH MY GH AND PEPTIDES, GREAT STACK.

Between 6-8ius was my sweet spot too.

Most insulin i've ever used was 10IU.. always humalog.

my protocol is:

ghrp-2/6 (whatever i have) 200 mcgs about 45 mins pre workout.
5-10 IU humalog 15-20 mins pre workout.

then during my workout i have a shake consisting of 10 grams dex/IU of slin, 10 grams peptopro, 10 grams EAA/BCAA, 10 grams glutamine, 10 grams creatine.

My favorite protocol :)

Ive only ran slin pwo.

But keep seeing how much ppl are loving the pre workout method.

make sure, since you've never done it preworkout, that you add a little more dextrose to the intraworkout shake.. start at about 15G/iu, just to be sure. if you get through the workout without going hypo, lower to 10. thats how i would do it. better safe than sorry!!
 
This may sound like a dumb question but....

How many times a week are you using slin?

People keep saying PWO or PreWO but how many times a week are you working out? And do you take it during your off days?

And why would anyone use IGF with slin? I dont understand the benefit.

I have a whole refridge stacked with the 70/30 mix. Girlfriend is a diabetic and gets free insulin and metformin but never really heard of anyone using this type of insulin for bodybuilding before.

1. On "off" days I use 5 iu in the am with a shake 50prot/50carb. On my workout days I use 5 iu upon waking with the same shake 2 hrs before my morning workout and 10iu post workout with a 75/75 pwo shake.

2. Humalog or novalog, fastest acting, readily available to me, and you can always take more if you need it.

3. Havn't reached a point of diminished returns yet...

4. Like I said I do 5 on off days and 5/10 on workout days. Some days if i feel like having a "good" breakfast, I wont take is because I can do without the fat absorption.

So far Im having quality gains and have lost sub-cutaneous fat...
 
I havent used it in a while, but I was using 8-10 iu pwo. It has been some time since i have used it. Im looking to start it again soon with my next cycle.
 
6 iu pre workout has been working well for me
