How to split 3iu human grade hgh

Taking script hgh from anti ageing doc

Best to take 3 iu pre breakfast or 1.5 iu pre breakfast and pre bed

First long run on hgh and am experience Athlete and on cruise dose of other sups

Goal is lean mass gain and keeping body fat low as I do fitness shoots year round

From what I have read the two best options ore split am/pm and the other option is the whole 3ius before bed. I have nothing to back anything up besides I'm doing the am/pm split and loving it.

3ius is a small dose. No need to split up the dose. Just do the whole thing either pre workout or before bed.

That's how I would dose it. Preworkout on training days and prebed on non-training days.

Man there are so many ways to skin a cat....

I take 1/2 my dose in AM and 1/2 post workout. if no workout then I take in in the afternoon sometime. I dont agree with pre sleep admin your body does it by itself when you slepp so its like a bonus does

for free IMO

Your body releases GH postworkout and the rest of the day naturally as well lol. Why care when you are injecting exogenous GH anyway? This type of reasoning baffles my mind. It's like trying to avoid HPTA shutdown on an AAS cycle, it's silly to me. Once we start injecting exogenous hormones the natural responses are out the window.

Exo hgh suppress your pituatary gland and has a 24 hour negative loop feedback. It's not going to matter whether you pin it before bed or any other time of day. However, hgh seems to work better in the absence of carbs or when insulin sensitivity is high which is before bed or in the middle of the night.

I agree. In all honesty, timing of exogenous HGH is irrelevant. As long as it's no more than 4ius per inject it will work just as well regardless of timing. Anything over 4ius at one time is wasting it so break it up.

Great reasoning, thanks guys. Currently I'm fasted wait about 1.5 hours then have a small carb pro fat meal.

Here's a curly question, if adding 2 x 250mg metformin doses to the day how far before or after hgh shot should this been done? I haven't read any thing much about the interaction of the 2

It won't matter when you take the met as long is it's with a meal. I would recommend taking your 2 met with your high carb meals.
