I know they are more for endurance athletes but has anyone used any of the devices from Hyperice/Normatec for recovery?
According to the video, the Hyperice X. has 3 modes- cooling, heating, contrast. I think for oldies like me the heat setting would be nice to use for 10-20 pre workout to get the joint heated up. For me, even after 15-20 min of fun body warm up and mobility work I'm still a bit creaky until about my 2nd exercise.
