crap i just ordered supps and forgot the grean tea :banghead:

are you talking 100-200mg of extract or pure egcg?

I was talking pure egcg. But the thing is if you get a good brand the amount may be high. You can't go wrong with a strong brand and taking 1 tab 3 times per day. I ordered the actual powder but either is gtg.

So I just want to make sure I know how much to use with this. It say Proprietary Blend is 25.2mg and Huperzine 1%. So I am assuming that means there is 25mcg Huperzine in each dose (30 drop (⅔ dropper))?

If you question Huperzine A and green tea extract. Try them alone. No peptides. Quite remarkable, keeps you tight, hands get numb etc. all by themselves.

The dropper is actually 1.5ml, so one serving is 2/3 of the dropper or 30 drops.
You only need 50mcg huperzine A 3x/ day to inhibit somatostatin.
