Been bodybuilding for 18 years and using gear on and off . Already at 250lbs plus and I keep things lean

But I wonder how many years left do I have progressing and when will I start simply trying to maintain ? And will the decline happen

No one here can answer any of those questions if they even are questions

My answer: 3 weeks on Tuesday
 
My best years were in my mid 40's started lifting at 13. Just depends on what you choose to do.
 
Hgh, trt lots of ways to pre ent decline. You should be on the way up still.
 
Depends on yout fgenetics and how much you abused your body. Rough guess is 15 years. then you will start to downsize. At some point the heavy stuff that maintains size will not be possible with low back and other joint wear. so you will shift your training, readjust your PED use more towards health and maybe hang at 210-220 in your 60s... if you last that long. Older means less use of PEDs if you want to live a long time.
 
I'm almost 60 and still actively train, so you should be able to keep a decent physique for a long time as long as you keep diet, training and supplementation sane and consistent.
 
My 40's were good but things started falling apart in your my 50's.
 
It's different with everyone. Nobody can you tell that info. Just stick with it and hopefully it lasts forever.
