Depends on yout fgenetics and how much you abused your body. Rough guess is 15 years. then you will start to downsize. At some point the heavy stuff that maintains size will not be possible with low back and other joint wear. so you will shift your training, readjust your PED use more towards health and maybe hang at 210-220 in your 60s... if you last that long. Older means less use of PEDs if you want to live a long time.
