I won the junior class at the NABBA midlands this Sunday!
I have an 18 month offseason now to put on as much muscle as possible, im 20 years old so still got until 23 until im fully out of the junior class in the UK federations. I would like to know what I should work on specifically and what to bring up, if anyone could chime in that would be great, I have absolutely no problems with constructive criticism.
I know need to have better condition which is obvious as I was quite watery in my upper body and of course need a lot more size in general, these are obvious. But if anyone has any advice on specific muscle groups that would be appreciated.
I won my class so im chuffed to bits and ready to enjoy my offseason!
