thanks for logging. i started my gorilla on 100mcg/d two days ago and haven't had time to measure him with his travel schedule. it's a tough gig being a national zoo celebrity, but he'll be able to lift this weekend. waist definitely looks tighter so i'm interested to see where his weight comes in.

only difference is he's going subQ, not IM.

Yes Bane felt very tight on the lr3. I would say Bane's weight gain came from his diet (as everyones). But the lr3 only added to overall body composition and kept it looking full all over but very tight. Weight is irrelavant when you have something that can make you look and feel 10 pounds heavier without gaining a pound

Actually ive tried both dosing schedules multiple times, didn't find a difference. Logically I can see how it can work for both though.

What I noticed from LR3

--body composition improvements, delts look rounder, rear delts have grown! A weak bodypart for me. waist is slimmer. quads lost some bodyfat, veins are again visible (with really no dietary changes)

--tendon strength? actually did not notice a thing here, really not much strength gains

--forearms looked yoked, another weak bodypart for me

--muscles full all the time on lr3

I ran ergos igf1 for 2 months. Didn't see or do shit. I wish u the best I haven't had any luck with peps wast of time. Good ol gh and slin for me
