Hello guys how's it going. With all the bad weather we have been having here in upstate NY it sucks. Was in a pretty good fender bender the other day due to someone not knowing how to drive in the snow. Just got out the hospital after being in there for four days. Doc said no training for 4-6 weeks this sucks because I had a meet next month and was strong as hell.
One question during my training I was taking IGF-1 now that I am not able to train for 4-6 weeks when and how should I do my IGF-1 or should I still be doing it. TrinityD chime in please because we have been communicating and your advice and post have been very helpful.
