How much do you usually take?

Put about 50mcg des in each lat, and trained with some heavy rows, did some hammi work, and ended out with some rowing. This morning I sprinted for a mile, too.

Excellent workout. Strength is coming back up, I'm taking some Mast E tonight.

1mg DES on M-W-F. I might move that to to M-Tu-Th.

I'm noticing some bloat with the DAC and I like to look my sharpest on the weekends, but it's also heavily diet related and with slacking these past 2 weeks it's my fault. I've tightened up these past 2 days, and intend to keep it that way.

Next week is also about 100mcg in each lat. I am lacking sleep this weekend, as I partied good. It was great timing as work is going to pick up, as is school. So I need to get a little fun out of the system. Also, this is my cruise.

Taking another MG of Dac tonight, but otherwise enjoying this log.

I really feel these are more so lifestyle drugs. Something like 12.5-17.5mg MK and 1-2mg Dac/week, year round. It'd keep you functioning above average, and at the same time keep you really fit.

Tommorow, it'll be heavy DES, and I cannot wait to see the results.

Used the progen DAC and getting the flush. Otherwise, eating great for four days straight and it's changing everything again.


Diet is oh so important. I need to stick to it until thanksgiving. I'll enjoy myself comfortably, then my bday.

My composition is looking good. I can't wait till some more time. Another DAC mg on Saturday night, high DES and Mast E tommorow night.

DAC at 3mg, 3 days of heavy DES and only getting more potent.after next week I'll be using 37.5mg MK, after two weeks, 4mg DAC. And again after that, even higher DES.

Noticing exactly what I have been looking for. It's a crazy good combo. I may re-adjust my early winter to early fall blast with these being inclusive, just differ t diet & cardio plan. I'll see.

Still going strong. Adding some direct cardio nowaday, clean up a little mess.

Noticing some extremely sharp pain on the right side of my wrist. No finger or hand pain. I don't know if this is CTS?

Lifting heavy is an issue. Traveling for a few days, I hope rest does the work.

Soon I will be hitting the 4mg DAC & 37.5mg daily protocol.

Your cycle looks great matey. I can easily see you reaching your goals and beyond. I know you are very detailed and dedicated so this should be a great set up for your next cycle. I see the folli is left out... I don't think it was needed especially on a cruise so good choice. Just watch out for hunger increase from the MK-677... it didn't hit me at first but then it was

how many days in till the hunger became real? what dose of MK?
