Put about 50mcg des in each lat, and trained with some heavy rows, did some hammi work, and ended out with some rowing. This morning I sprinted for a mile, too.

1mg DES on M-W-F. I might move that to to M-Tu-Th.
I'm noticing some bloat with the DAC and I like to look my sharpest on the weekends, but it's also heavily diet related and with slacking these past 2 weeks it's my fault. I've tightened up these past 2 days, and intend to keep it that way.
Next week is also about 100mcg in each lat. I am lacking sleep this weekend, as I partied good. It was great timing as work is going to pick up, as is school. So I need to get a little fun out of the system. Also, this is my cruise.
