Injectable L-Carnitine

I really wanna give this stuff a go. The site I am buying it from the amount is L-Carnitine - 600MG/ml - 20ml bottle. Can I use a slin pin or is it just IM? If it is IM, can I do once a week injections? If so how much mg should I inject? Thanks.

Synthetine works out cheaper. It's 200mg/ml so no pip but the vial is 100ml so 20,000mg in total compared to 12,000mg for the same price from the link you posted. I would recommend starting at 2ml and moving up to 3-4ml per day for your 1st time. Although the label recommends 1ml for every 55 pounds you weigh so you could use that because you can't go wrong with that dosing range.
