Came across a site today talking about different ways calculating how much insulin to take. Anyway
I've used R in the past and feel like having a go again ... Used to to take 10iu pre workout. Odd time hit 14. Been thinking about pushing it to 20-30. But a couple questions
I generally train around 1030 or so and want to time slin and peptides optimally.
And pretty sure one 20iu dose of HUM R is a little much. Lol
Anyone have any insight here? (Knight9 Ect )
Today I did peptides first thing. Then 30 later did slin. Then 3 hr later another little shot of slin as I workout at 1pm today. Then PWO peptides. Just as an example.
