Came across a site today talking about different ways calculating how much insulin to take. Anyway

I've used R in the past and feel like having a go again ... Used to to take 10iu pre workout. Odd time hit 14. Been thinking about pushing it to 20-30. But a couple questions

I generally train around 1030 or so and want to time slin and peptides optimally.
And pretty sure one 20iu dose of HUM R is a little much. Lol

Anyone have any insight here? (Knight9 Ect )

Today I did peptides first thing. Then 30 later did slin. Then 3 hr later another little shot of slin as I workout at 1pm today. Then PWO peptides. Just as an example.

There is no need to go above 10ius of slin at one time. You timing looks fine! The GH peps and slin should work synergistically. Your igf1 will climb nicely.
 
I work out at 9am. I've worked up to as much as 25iu of R preworkout with a boatload of pre/intra/post carbs with nice results.
 
Well. Found my meter and test strips.
I just ate 2 eggs/2 toast and 1/2 cup egg whites. And measured 4.1.
I'll do slin again. Take it before. Then what. 20-30min later?

You measured 4.1?
 
Your meter is reading in a different amount than most do. If you are 4.1 you are already low I wouldn't take slin without getting some carbs in or you should be going hypo pretty quickly.
 
Mmol is a European unit of measurement for insulin. U.S. Measurement is usually mg/dl. See if there's someway you can change it as it will be much easier that way. 5.2 mmol is on the higher end of normal. If you just ate that could explain it. Normal is usually around 3.2 to 6.
