Shits easy and works
Basically take your daily food intake for your goal, rather than spread it out all day, jam it in a small feeding window. Most do 16 fasting 8 feeding. I like two big meals so I just hit the eaa after work, gym, then 2 meals. So like 18/6 for me. I prefer fast by day feed later because I can look forward to eating later and don't want to "waste" a meal sitting in the break room at work, rather eat a fresh cooked meal at home with no one bothering me. Also, it puts the feeding window around training. Other than cramming the food into a small window nothing novel. Probably a poor choice for someone bulking on 6k complaining about how he is distended with no appetite. But a great choice for someone dieting starving on 2500 calories
