So far so good with these products. They both seem to be working as they should. Overall I am very happy with them. I also am trying to talk my girl into test running the thermobombs but she doesn't like to get locked down as much as she would need to be in order to really see results with them. We will see what happens.

How much you take from each on now?

Still one thermo and it has varied from .5 clen to 1.5 tabs of clen today will be 1.5 for total of 100 much clen and 25 mcg t3

So one package could be enough for a cycle,I thought its too low dose.

Yes but the reason is that it is stacked with the clen. Once I bump up the dose I will have to add additional t3 as I don't want the clen dose to go way up if that makes sense

Everything seems to still be going really well. I will weigh first thing tomorrow morning so that will help know how effective these have been. Diet has been perfect and in check as I have been preping so with this being the variable it will be pretty easy to tell.

T3 I will stay at that through the show and maybe even go to 75mg

Clen I will go up and down with as the body needs a break from it n
