I’m about to add nebivolol. I’m on 80mg telmisartan and I don’t think it does anything for my high BP. Still 145/70.


Do you notice any decreased performance or dick issues with nebivolol?

Telmisartan did nothing for my blood pressure at any dose. Then I got the pills that have both 80mg telmisartan and 12.5mg HCTZ combined and it brought my bp to normal.
Nebivolol actually gave me the hardest erections I’ve had since high school. After starting telmisartan my erections aren’t as hard. When I run out of the telmisartan mixed tabs with HCTZ I may just get HCTZ or diazide and drop the telmistartan because it definitely reduces the insane penis blood flow I got from nebivolol.

Yes. My heart rate never hits triple digits during cardio but based on my body fat I don’t think it matters. I still burn fat.

The last few days have been 5 protein/oat shakes and one meal of 10 egg whites, 1 cup of basmati rice, and 1 dry slice of Dave’s 21 seed/grain toast.

Today, I added 10mg cardarine(GW-501516) to my preworkout. I got real energized after an hour then trained legs.

- standing calf raises

GIANT SET:
(3 sets each with 30Lb dumbbells)
- squats
- dead lifts

SUPERSET:
(4 sets each using monkey feet and 15Lb dumbbells)
- leg extensions
- lying leg curls

CARDIO:
- 20 minutes on the bike at level 13 and level 14.
 
ARMS:

- dumbbell hammer curls
- dumbbell kickbacks

GIANT SET:

- one arm band curls
- one arm reverse grip band curls
- one arm reverse grip band pushdowns

- 10mg Cialis
- 10mg GW-501516

I had my first protein/oat shake with
1 methyl blue capsule
2 grams taurine
600mg Berberine
3 grams MCT Oil
2 grams fish oil
1 gram krill oil
1 vitamin/mineral tablet
500mg magnesium
Just did 35 minutes on the treadmill at speed 3.2 and elevation 7-10%.
 
JJ does the NPP give any pip? Thinking about adding a bit for the joints, knees in particular. Your post got me curious.

- 4 sets of pushups with hands on sliding discs where I slide my hands together while pushing up so it simulates a pressing fly.
- 11 sets of feet elevated push-ups with various hand positions to hit all areas of upper chest
- 5 sets of band flies up high , down low, and mid pec.

The past 5 days or so I’ve had zero energy. I couldn’t get up. I’d take all my preworkout drugs and still couldn’t get up. I finally figured out it was the addition of Cardarine(GW-501516). I didn’t take it today and I had an awesome leg workout. I’m hoping my energy is 100% normal in a couple days. I’m sticking with Berberine 600mg twice during the morning and metformin 500mg SR at night, and kratom morning and early afternoon. All 3 of those are glucose disposal agents/ diabetes type drugs. Cardarine was just too much. It forces the body to use body fat over carbs for energy, and I have no body fat. 😀 I seriously thought I was dying. I thought my time was up. Then my dad said it could be low blood sugar, and it hit me. 🤔 I was basically taking 4 diabetes drugs. I was freezing cold which is one sign of metformin over dose but my metformin dose is low. It was the combination of all the glucose disposal drugs. If I feel horrible tomorrow then I’ll have to look at other possibilities, but today I’m much better, thank God! 🙏
