Justin may have been a little off at this show, but i'd not think twice on using him for a prep. He took a lot of time off (years) from his last prep, so I think this was sort of a 'relearning his body' experience. He mentioned in his video that his metabolism wasn't near what it had been so he was having issues with that, but overall, I think he did well, and I bet he learned a lot. I bet his next prep/show he will do better. I know a few guys who he did very well with a few years back.

Has any one here used Justin for diet/training consult?

I have used him before. I really enjoyed his carb cycling approach. I don't compete or anything, but he properly gave me the time of day and took time to give me fully detailed emails.

Top top guy in my opinion, would use again and likely will when funds allow me to do so.

He dialed me in perfectly a couple years back. Great guy to work with. No non-sense and logical. I have to think either these are really bad pics or he just had to push too hard too fast with diet and cardio in order to make it. Trust me he knows how to diet people for shows.

Good to hear, thanks! I like his "power builder" mentality that he talks about on his vids.

Justin has been my coach for the past 2 years. Going into our 3rd show together now. One of the smartest and nicest guys in the sport.

We all know how he looked back in 2007.

Took 10 almost 10 years away form the stage and has only been training again for the past 2 years.

He got almost like strep around 10 days out, I know that. The man has 4 kids and a new born, a full time job, plus his training business and training website.

Maybe he will be going into another show and try and fix whatever happened. No need for the negative comment guys.

wheres the negative comment...???

Thanks for the reply. He sounds like a stand up guy that treats his clients well.

This is how he looked as he was drying out the afternoon before. He had some intestinal issues that almost landed him in the hospital, but he got through it and still got up on stage. Also he didn't have the proper show day tanning stuff so his tan was way off.

How can this happen.
I don't mean to be disrespectful or negative. is it the lighting or something? By that pic how can someone look in the mirror and think there ready. or why wouldn't his friends say your not ready. If you take gh winstrol and clenbuterol you get lean like what is the problem I mean tren ? how is this possible.
You understand drugs don't do the work, right? That close to a show comes down to diet. He could have just spilled over on his carbs and sodium. He may have looked great back stage but in just a short time started fading. That happens to the best of the best.

I get tired of all the super negative comments on bodybuilding boards like this. Not just directed at Harris, but at good bodybuilders in general.

Overall, the guy looks great. He is probably larger and stronger than 90% of the guys on this board.

Perhaps, within the context of professional level bodybuilding, he may not look like the best guys. He may not be knocking Phil Heath off stage next year.... and while other guys may not look the "best" either, it doesn't mean they look "bad".

I get tired of reading openly hostile comments like "He looks like shit!" or passive aggressive comments in this thread like "That's a very attainable physique!"

Would you walk up to a guy with a supercharged C7 Corvette, and say "That's a very attainable car sir", because it's not upto par with million dollar European Supercars?

Or, "Your 4,300 square foot new house is very attainable house sir", because it's not a custom mansion in an elite zipcode?

That's just called rudeness.

sorry but its not a C7 corvette physique.....14th at the masters
is more like a nice Altima as far as this board goes....several
members here did the same show....as we do every year....

his level of conditioning was NOT there.....this is what is being
discussed....

no one GAVE a "super negative" comment and ill bet Justin would
agree with all that was said here. "he looks like shit"...and "very attainable"
are 2 TOTALLY different comments....in fact....we all agreed, he has
great shape....NO ONE FUCKING SAID HE LOOKS LIKE SHIT....

if anything we said, you felt was "super negative".....this IS NOT
the board for you.....and your not gonna like me very much...

Granted, no one here said he looked like shit. But I have seen such comments about similar bodybuilders in other threads.

I'm mainly against the negativity, not against the specific verbiage being used.

In the grand scheme of things, 14th at a big show is pretty good, especially for a guy with his medical history.

agreed...the masters nats is a CONDITIONING pro qualifier for the most
part.....and also the easiest way to card.....they gave out over 120 cards.
the most in history....which MAKES it the MOST competitive show
this year.

he missed his conditioning.....bummer.

NAs are in 5 weeks....he can redeem.

He got sick and lost 11lbs overnight the day before the show. He is going to see a GI specialist because he feels there is some severe digestion issues going on with his stomach

this is what happens guys.....shit happens...

its not all rainbows and sugar cookies.

:(

Has he been on any recent podcasts or uploaded any new videos?

I enjoy listening to his stuff

looks to have a very attainable physique.

I want to see you take 9-10 years completely off from the gym, then train for 2 years to look like this. I'll be waiting to see you get this "very attainable physique."

THIS is a very attainable physique. It looks like your first show and that you're a novice.
