Has any one here used Justin for diet/training consult?
I have used him before. I really enjoyed his carb cycling approach. I don't compete or anything, but he properly gave me the time of day and took time to give me fully detailed emails.
Top top guy in my opinion, would use again and likely will when funds allow me to do so.
He dialed me in perfectly a couple years back. Great guy to work with. No non-sense and logical. I have to think either these are really bad pics or he just had to push too hard too fast with diet and cardio in order to make it. Trust me he knows how to diet people for shows.Has any one here used Justin for diet/training consult?

Justin has been my coach for the past 2 years. Going into our 3rd show together now. One of the smartest and nicest guys in the sport.
We all know how he looked back in 2007.
Took 10 almost 10 years away form the stage and has only been training again for the past 2 years.
He got almost like strep around 10 days out, I know that. The man has 4 kids and a new born, a full time job, plus his training business and training website.
Maybe he will be going into another show and try and fix whatever happened. No need for the negative comment guys.
You understand drugs don't do the work, right? That close to a show comes down to diet. He could have just spilled over on his carbs and sodium. He may have looked great back stage but in just a short time started fading. That happens to the best of the best. How can this happen.
I don't mean to be disrespectful or negative. is it the lighting or something? By that pic how can someone look in the mirror and think there ready. or why wouldn't his friends say your not ready. If you take gh winstrol and clenbuterol you get lean like what is the problem I mean tren ? how is this possible.
sorry but its not a C7 corvette physique.....14th at the masters
is more like a nice Altima as far as this board goes....several
members here did the same show....as we do every year....
his level of conditioning was NOT there.....this is what is being
discussed....
no one GAVE a "super negative" comment and ill bet Justin would
agree with all that was said here. "he looks like shit"...and "very attainable"
are 2 TOTALLY different comments....in fact....we all agreed, he has
great shape....NO ONE FUCKING SAID HE LOOKS LIKE SHIT....
if anything we said, you felt was "super negative".....this IS NOT
the board for you.....and your not gonna like me very much...
Granted, no one here said he looked like shit. But I have seen such comments about similar bodybuilders in other threads.
I'm mainly against the negativity, not against the specific verbiage being used.
In the grand scheme of things, 14th at a big show is pretty good, especially for a guy with his medical history.
He got sick and lost 11lbs overnight the day before the show. He is going to see a GI specialist because he feels there is some severe digestion issues going on with his stomach
looks to have a very attainable physique.
