I want to see you take 9-10 years completely off from the gym, then train for 2 years to look like this. I'll be waiting to see you get this "very attainable physique."

I am kind of in the process of doing this. been back at it since april 3rd after 4 year lay off. I will let ya know! went from 198 to 228 in bout 1 month... I don't think 10 years off then 2 years on is that incredible. off drugs... on drugs... that's bout 80% of it....

THIS is a very attainable physique. It looks like your first show and that you're a novice.

did you not read the post YOU quoted? I AM a novice in that pic. first show. Cant believe so many guys are so butt hurt over me thinking Justin has an attainable physique. I guess I could say he has an attainable physique for ME. I realize I might have slightly better genetics than some... (but not excellent genetics at all) so for ME a physique like that is attainable in my opinion. JUST an OPINION guys lol hope you guys aren't tearing up and bout to cry about someone thinking a physique is attainable... yikes.

Justin posted he had been having stomach issues and couldn't sleep but posted a leg pic 6 hours before the show and looked really good. Maybe a month or 2 ago he wrote what his daily schedule looks like and I give the guy a ton of credit and hope he bounces back.
