Hey guys, looking to come off in attempts to improve my blood sugar. I know nic is a stim and increases metabolic rate. Did anyone here see much of a change in their weight or caloric needs when coming off?
It’s a completely different question… just both related to nicotine lol. You've started more posts on here in the last few months than most in their first few years.
You already have another Nicotine thread active. Is another necessary?
Nah, same weight on or off nicotine. If you eat just what you're supposed to eat.Hey guys, looking to come off in attempts to improve my blood sugar. I know nic is a stim and increases metabolic rate. Did anyone here see much of a change in their weight or caloric needs when coming off?
When I’m dieting down my Copenhagen bill goes waaay up for appetite suppression. I also switch from regular long cut to mint long cut when dieting lolWhat is your calories body what estimated body fat? I'm not so sure it's a significant reason why your blood sugar is high. Now if you want to quit to save $$ that's fine. Try the gym?
I remember back in 04 it was very popular for weight loss, when leptin was all the hype. It blunts appetite and I believe raises our metabolism some, so it's not a bad supplement, but yes expensive.
You may be hungrier without it something to consider. So if your a big eater be careful
