Thanks I have been training at the gym for about a year and a half, but can honestly say I have been training properly since October 2011, because that's when I decided I need to start doing legs, I used to just do the 'bro splits' spend an entire session on my biceps and triceps etc.. Now I barely even work those muscle groups, I think if I am doing any back work, my biceps are a bi-product of that, same goes for chest and tri-ceps. I try to have an even workout, that for every pull movement I do a push movement.
