I start with
inclined smith 4x10
dB press 3x10
Db Flys 3x10
Decline machine 3x10
For shoulders
Smith front press 4x10
Db side raises 3x10
Db presses 3x10
Rear delts machine 4x15

I change it all the time. I never repeat the same exercises the next time I hit that muscle

Some day's I do more than I should but that's only on days I'm energized for some reason. because I don't take any energized drinks or anything like that. I just sip my bcaa throughout the workout

Sorry guys I've been so busy with work late hours long days... Still hitting the gym but not how I do it. Last week was bad. I got 1 day in the gym only. But this coming week hopefully all back to normal. I'm feeling great just haven't noticed any more strength gain. Size still coming on

Ok guys my log cycle has come to its end. I really liked the products the test was on point the mast too. The Npp it was my first run with it. Now I've done a lot of research for a while on Npp. I didn't feel much different using the Npp in this cycle. My gains and strength were the same as when I do test alone. Maybe Npp is not for me I don't know. But overall the products are good. Thanks Monsterlabs for the opportunity to run a log for you.
