I discussed starting this log with Nova and thought it may be useful.Logging helps me a ton just with accountability .I have been using just Nova test cyp for about 5 weeks or so ,just 1 ml a week.So far I am keeping my weight up with this dose and feel great tbh.Nova products are very smooth and pain free..
I will be adding to this and bumping up my dose a bit..I plan on documenting everything here my training,food and supps here..
I am starting at around 270ish here.i have to drop some weight...I will be in here several times a week to update..
 
I have been doing push,pull ,legs.So tonight I feel like I will go back to the 2 way split,DC training.Its been a while but I can progress at it for a while,and when it's time move to the 3 way split.As far a nutrition I will go with what Brad had me do with a couple small tweaks.i been training but my eating is out of control..
 
I plan to start with
300 protein
350 carbs
53 fats
Not a ton of food,but as time goes on and things change so will my food.Just a starting point.
This test c is great..Feel good on it,libido is good and I feel ok in the gym.And no soreness from shots.i do plan on adding to the test.
Training has been pretty good,my strength has been above what it normally is.i didn't start the 2way because the gym was Xtra crowded.Its a small place and when crowded the limited selection can be tough .
Push day was Monday..
Machine flyes..

Incline bb.

Shoulder press machine(reverse)
2 sets.

Going to start adding another ml of cyp this week..
Eating is going well,I will eventually need more food but I need consistency first..

Weighed 266 last night,so my first week of clean eating is paying off...I will tighten up more in regards to my nutrition...going to grocery today.
I also added a second shot in this week...

So I was 266 on Friday..Not as strict as possible but definitely cleaned up my eating 100% better.Tbh I need to add a meal to my days and yesterday was my birthday so I ate bad all day.But I am on track for a even better week this week.We work outside and it is hot out...my appetite suffers..
I will continue with my 2 ml of test broken up on Tues and Friday..I definitely notice my strength is a little better and my libido is krazy.The look changes s little as well..Loving this test,very smooth and pain free.
 
I had a upper body day on Friday,just needed to break up my training..just having fun with it and felt great afterward..

I was around 266 Tues...
I had a grown man approach my 13 year old at the gym,made her uncomfortable AF.. well he is like 20 or 21..She went to the car to wait on and him and his buddy followed her out..I made sure she was ok,safe,and asked if they said anything to her...I then flipped my shit on them,so needless to say I am taking the rest of the week off..Kinda glad I am just taking only test at the moment..My head felt like it was going to pop afterwards.

Still on my twice a week,2 ml a week.Only been on this for a few weeks.I don't really notice any major changes at this point.The major difference is I feel the increase ...my mood,libido,and my workouts can feel the increase.About to finish this test up soon.
