My show over the weekend Npc southwest National Qualifier

So I’m 55 it is what it is. I took 10 years off. I did 33 shows in my past and ai decided to do a show (for my 5 year old daughter to show her discipline if you put your everything in it you will achieve whatever you do)over the weekend last weekend up in Dallas. I took 4 1st Pl. and two out of four overalls I lost to the same kid and open bodybuilding and open classic physique that’s something new for me. I’ve lost the 26 pounds of muscle I used to compete with And I no longer carry that so I’m not as big as I used to be, but I had fun, but I want to share some pictures with y’all
And I’ll get ready for this branch Warren show June 29 In My home town

Awesome conditioning. There's two camps , guys who stop competing completely after being their max size, and guys even though they'll never be as much muscle as they had, or potentially could of had, they do competitions , after body building "prime" years have past. That's still good amount of muscle.
