Maybe more size, so far feeling healthy and blood works is better than ever. Maybe compete one more time and just keep body healthy and keep all the gains so far, since i been working out now for over 20 years now, and never got injured at all...

will try to pass on what i know to my 5 kids and try to help others as well...

Sounds like a plan buddy. Always nice to have kids that are interested in fitness.
