non stim preworkout

Do you take the Cialis pre workout or anytime during the day?

i like it pre workout if i can... about 30min -hour pre... small dose tho, like 5mg(just a few drops out of RC bottle) ... there is no need for huge dose like 20-40mg just for pump preworkout... ill save the normal doses like that for those friday nights that will last thru sunday lol

HEMANOVOL (ALLMAX)

ALLMAX has a new one that looks pretty damn awesome.

It has
1253mg Citrulline Malate
575mg Agmapure (a patented form of Agmatine sulfate)
100mg Norvaline
2500mg Taurine
1,147mg Hydromax (a patented form of Glycerol which is 65% glycerol as opposed to like 15% that Glycerol Monostearate is. Hydromax is also much quicker)


Now, I did go shell out money a few months ago for the NEW RAZOR 8 by them which also had agmapure, hydromax, and creatine but the amounts listed above seem better suited...especially if you take 1.5-2 scoops and increase the figures above. I cannot figure out why these damn companies won't put in 6-8g citrulline malate. Even @ 2 scoops, you get 2.5g which is not where you need to be at optimally. 6-8-10 is where the magic is at.

Either way, I remembered this thread and saw that this Hemanovol was non stim. So, best of both worlds....

Personally what I plan to do is get this sometime soon, add Citrulline Malate that I will buy separately and possibly creapure(which will actually more likely go in my intra shake)

I am not really sure why they named this something so similar to Iforce's product....seems stupid.

Nice product and I second your frustration. Not enough citrulline and where is the beta alanine? Even with Hemavol and 5x shotgun that i take pre workout I still add more citrulline, carnosyn(patented version of beta alanine) and glycerol mono (will replace with glycerol when my order comes in)

I can tell you being on vacation and not bringing my pre powders ...man what a difference in the gym. Less pump and less vascularity and more lactic acid. It's pretty cool to witness first hand that there pre powders really do work.

Really digging Evogen's EVP for a non-stim.

Hemavol did nothing for me personally.

Not sure if I am breaking any rules by mentioning a company or not.. so if I am, I apologize.

The only "stim" I use pre-workout is caffeine, and I get that from 24oz of black coffee.

For the pump and muscle endurance, I use 1 scoop of Blackstone Labs Hype with 1 scoop of Scivation Xtend 20-30 minutes before training, and then a scoop of Xtend during workout.
