People doesnt want to talk about it, because its the only real show in town. So if the ship sinks there is no other place. Regardless of people making money on Social media they still use the bodybuilding, fitness shows to make a name for themselves.

I mean after my last show and where I "placed" I don't think there's much integrity there. I should have probably been 2nd in the heavies and was 4th. And there was zero question that the person they put in 3rd should have been lower than me. According to pics, and everyone that I had there discerning eyes or not.

I don't know what all they're accusing the Manion's of really but it wouldn't surprise me if a lot of it were true given what it seems like the promoter of the last couple shows I've done might be guilty of. Basically fixing the shows.

And it's really not fun to do when you don't feel like you're even getting compared fairly.

This is serious, seeing that mainstream news media is getting a hold of it and putting it out there for everyone to see whether they have any interest in BB and fitness or not, that's a lot of people to be made aware of these serious allegations. If JM is actually linked to a soft Porn website exploiting competitors that could be it for the Manion dynasty.

why I asked about it in this thread. curious of how others around think, as I believe many people will see it 180 degrees different then you. when shows that had 200+ competitors go down to 32 the following year, what does it say. someone cares, or is it a coincidence. personally do not believe in coincidences.

When shows (npc and ifbb) are now gone off the schedule, and there is a scramble to put on shows in that area with new people, and now were going back to shithole middleschool venues to cut expenses to stay afloat? Something is happening, but Im not sure how far this will go and what it does to people like me and others in the sport

I agree with this. If this was the NFL, NBA, even a single team, hell even women's soccer or tennis it would get ratings. The mainstream media puts out what gets clicks. I just don't think people care enough about bodybuilding to even click on the story.

Everyone knows who Lorena Bobbitt is, jon Benet Ramsey (so), no one knows who Craig Titus is.
