I actually decided to give humanofort a try a couple years back after reading about the product. Honestly, I took 400mg a day for 3 straight months and didn't notice a difference.

Same here. I had open mind to it. Im sure it didn't hurt or hinder me at all, but no noticeable benefits at all.
