The dry skin issue could be helped by a variety of things. I got rid of most of mine by adding more red meat to my diet and fish (even though I take high quality fish oil...and a crap ton).

i use topical cerave for my face i just hate the feeling of lotion on skin, I suppose its a necessity! I've been doing coco oil its easier but more comedogenic

My go-to is Viva Labs fish oil and their krill oil. I've never had any issues like burps or digestive problems. Good luck.
