Anyone had any luck with recipes using choc / or vanilla LBAs that are paleo? I know the LBA's might not be considered "paleo", but I let things slide here and there as long as it agrees with me.

I've seen the frosting, and copied the peanut/almond butter cups (amazing) but that's all I have found. Just hoping there are more possibilities then as a topping or just throwing in a shake.

I don't digest protein powder so I'm, going to start working on a grain-free paleo pancake recipe. I'll post when i figure it out.

I'll post a pic of the big daddy piece of paleo pumpkin pie covered in vanilla LBAs i'm taking down tomorrow lol.

Bechamel is a classic French/Italian white sauce. Typically with butter, milk and flour. I substituted potato starch instead of flour to keep it gluten free.

Bechamel is a base sauce for many other sauces. Very versatile and delicious.

Looks good as always Pharm. I haven't eaten grouper in a long time, so I'll have to get some soon and try to mimic your meal.

Probably, similar fish for sure. The trick is to spoon to sauce on right after you take it off the pan and the hot fish will kind of absorb the sauce instead of it running off too much. Let me know if cod is good too
