Just erection not strong enough. When I first used pde5 inhibitors, like the first week my boners were insane. Like I didn't even know my penis was capable of getting that engorged. Felt like a pornstar. Responsiveness dropped off a cliff after that. Now I can even mega dose the stuff and not get anywhere near the initial response i had. This is also after taking many months off so I don't even know if it's tolerance or something else. Thyroid hormone, t3 specifically does seem to help the response somewhat.

When responsiveness dropped I was also using the same batch from the same source so I doubt it was a legitimacy issue. I've since used dozens of pde5i's from various sources with the same effect. I just bought pge1 from progenpeptide. Anyone use their stuff?

got any names? Only overseas pharm's im familiar with are reliablerxpharmacy and alldaychemist but i don't believe either carry pge1. Also, my erections have actually gotten significantly better over the last few days I'm going to be honest. I stopped taking my BP med (telmisartan) so i'm wondering if that might be the reason. My bp on it was around 120/60 which is perfect but maybe i need it to be a little higher for proper erectile function? Or maybe some mechanism of the drug was interfering with the erection process. Who knows. All I know is that I haven't take any cialis or viagra in 3 or 4 days and my erections are pretty damn good. anyway i'm going off topic from the thread.

Your problem i think is clearly not due to tolerance of the drug... i mean people use viagra and cialis extensively for years and it still work.

Your BP issues could clearly be the problem, maybe your BP is too low when you take any kind of PDE-5 inhibitors. do you have the same problem while you are cycling?

Could be. My bp without meds hovers around 130/140 systolic (can't recall diastolic). I'm leaning towards thinking it's more of a thyroid issue. I've always had a high TSH number since I was young before running gear (around 3.8). This study says that not only pde5 inhibitors but also pge1 is ineffective without sufficient thyroid hormones. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17242734

I've also just started taking DHEA and pregnenonlone, 5 mg of seligiline and also chinese generic HGH at 4 iu's per day. There's really too many variables I've introduced recently to say what is helping my erections but if I had to guess I think it's the T-3/t-4 combo, the DHEA/preg and deprenyl mostly.

Is russian star peptide's legit? They are a board sponsor no? Communication is very poor. Placed an order for PGE 1 on the 12th and paid same day. Order is still on hold and I've emailed them numerous times with no response. They said 1 day shipping for international orders which seems like a giant red flag in and of itself because how can anything cross customs in one day? international orders typically take at least a week to get to the us. So I'm pretty sure I just blew $120 for nothing.

Old thread, but question. My junk works. It’s not 100% like it used to be so I take 5mg cialis daily and on planned weekends I’ll take 20/50 cialis/viagra combo. But I hear the PGE-1 will keep you hard without going down for like 2.5 hours. That sounds like a bad ass time.

Question is, will I become dependent on it??

PGE wears of the fastest of the main 4 chems used for Ed. The additon of the the two P's (found in Trimix) are what keep it up longer. Dont get me wrong, if you have no ED issues at all, then a shot of PGE could keep you going for way longer than you otherwise would have. But by design it wears off somewhat soon.

Wasn't my experience with caverject back in 2004 or so.
But it did seem to go down with a high oral ephedrine dose.
When I tried trimix I had to use the injectable antidote. That's at 0.5mcg of trimix.
With no antidote on hand I'm scared to use it. Even though it's not needed with a somewhat steady girlfriend of late.
I just read Nasal preparations of 1% phenylephrine can also be used as an injectable antidote. Although not sure what impacts the inactive ingredients in the nasal spray may have on the organ.

Yeah, everyone will have their own reactions for sure, same for all chems - ya know. And the responses are of course going to be more pronounced if you dont have ED and are just having fun. But the design of the three drugs in trimix are: A short acting (pge ) and then a medium and a long.
I for sure agree: an antidote is def a good idea for trimix - especially if you are taking someone else's mixture. haha.
My pharmacist told me a heavy dose of Benadryl will help as well.

I think as long as you don't abuse it you should be OK and it'd probably be more psychological than physiological. It definitely gives you more confidence.

Only advice I'd give is try to get trimix and not just PGE. I used PGE for years and if you dose wrong it'll feel like your dong got run over by a steam roller. I don't have the same issues with trimix. Also PGE can be hard to find at times so I was constantly looking for a source, finally broke down and got a script for it online and it was super easy and not that much more than buying PGE from a UGL, plus you get antidote, syringes and alcohol wipes with the purchase. They'll also custom blend your mix for you.

Start on the low side of dosage as over dosing can be pretty painful so know the possible antidotes.

I've read guys using 1% phenylephrine nasal spray as an injectable antidote.
It works. Just don't use too much.

Sure it helps having a good, consistent and reputable source which obviously I didn't have and you do. That's fine because to me trimix is superior to PGE-1 so not having a good source was a net positive.

I'm sure you also understand there's more to it than a 14 dollar unit cost (minimum order, shipping, money transfer charge etc.)

agreed. the combination mixtures do reduce the aches by far. I have a good relationship with my compounding pharm and they have been helping me tweak the different ingredients to mixture that I am happy with.

Any online clinic you recommend? I only see them pushing pills like generic viagra or cialis.

Trimix sounds interesting as I didn't quite like when using PGE1 and the pin didn't penetrate the tunica. Massive soreness that lasted for days.

I use Olympia pharmacy for Tri-mix. You do a telephone consult with a doctor that takes 2 minutes. If you call early enough you will have everything you need by the next day.
